Event Summary
A fire originating from an electrical component within Unit completely destroyed a two-bedroom apartment. The damage extended from the roof down to the structural frame, requiring a full internal and external rebuild. Our team was engaged to deliver an end-to-end restoration project, working closely with the insurer, Owners Corporation Manager, broker, and lot owners.
Cause of Damages
- Electrical fault within Unit triggered a fire
- The blaze caused total destruction of the apartment’s internal structure and roof
